1. Will these products work for my hair type?
Yes! Our line was created for kinky, curly, coily, and loc’d textures, from 3A to 4C. Everything is formulated with hydration, scalp health, and ingredient safety in mind, so it supports a wide range of textures and styles.

2. Are your products safe for locs, color-treated hair, or sensitive scalps?
Absolutely. Our formulas are clean, gentle, and pH-balanced (4.5–5.5). No harsh sulfates or dyes, just scalp-friendly ingredients that won’t strip or cause buildup.

3. How do I use a shampoo bar?
+ wet hair thoroughly 

+ run water over the bar 

+ rub bar between hands to create a lather

+ rub lather through hair, focusing on the roots

+ lather and repeat as needed

+ wet hair and rub the bar directly on scalp in circular motions until you create a lather

+ rub lather throughout the head from root to tip

4. How long does a shampoo bar last?
Depending on how often you wash, one bar lasts about 2–3 months (often replacing 2–3 bottles of liquid shampoo).

5. What do the products smell like?
Each collection has its own vibe:

  • Spa Day: pomegranate + lavender with a hint of eucalyptus/tea tree (fresh & soothing)

  • Fall Hair, Don’t Care: brown sugar, fig, ginger spice (warm & cozy)

  • Bar Rescue: Palo Santo + Sandalwood with a hint of turmeric (earthy & grounding)

6. Do you offer samples or travel sizes?
Yes! Our Try Me Sets include mini versions of bestsellers so you can experience them before committing to full size.

7. How soon will I see results?
Most customers notice softness, hydration, and scalp refresh after the first wash. For growth-focused products (like Growth + Rescue Oil), consistent use 2–3 times per week over 4+ weeks delivers the best results.

8. What’s your return or exchange policy?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each product is small-batch and made with care, so we recommend trying a Try Me set if you’re unsure before committing to a full size.

9. How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship out twice weekly (Tuesdays + Fridays). East Coast orders usually arrive in 2–3 days, West Coast in 3–4 days.

10. Do you offer payment plan options?
Yes! You can check out with Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal Pay in 4 for orders $35+.

11. Do your products really help with hair growth?
Our Growth + Rescue Oil is designed to support a healthy scalp, which is the foundation for hair growth. While no product alone guarantees overnight results, consistent use paired with healthy hair practices can help you see stronger, fuller hair over time.

12. Are your products natural or non-toxic?
Yes! We use naturally derived, clean ingredients. No parabens, sulfates, silicones, or synthetic dyes. All fragrances are naturally derived and not created with hormone disruptors.

13. Can I use these products on kids’ hair?
Yes. Our products are gentle enough for children’s hair and scalps. Always patch-test first and monitor for sensitivities.

14. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only on our website if you live outside of the U.S. check out our Etsy page where we can ship to you.
